We have been providing building services on Mallorca for 25 years, our reputation is built on trust and referrals. We pride ourselves in not only the end product of our work, but also in reducing the stress and mess that goes with any project.
We have a number of principles that we apply to all jobs.
1) Always be totally up front with the client and let them know if anything goes off track immediately.
2) Work as if it is your own home, prepare, protect and clean at all times, all work areas to be cleaned thoroughly at the end of every day.
3) At the end of the job, where necessary use external contract cleaners to hand over the project in perfect condition.
4) Perform all cuts and any other mess creating operations outside where possible.
5) Plan, prepare, plan again and then start. Out management will not accept poor quality work, so excellent first time is the only option.
